3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. 3.2 Accuracy of Information

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳2,500 for the first time will earn a ৳5,000 bonus. To withdraw this bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the combined bonus and deposit amount must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer has its own validity period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
- Bonuses are only applicable while present in the account; if the account is closed, the bonus is cancelled.
- 99bk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
5.3 VIP Program
99bk's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Promotion is based on regular play and loyalty. The weekly cashback rate varies by level — Bronze level receives up to 0.3%, Silver level up to 0.7%, and Gold level up to 1.0% weekly cashback. VIP benefits and the rules for level changes are at the discretion of 99bk.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game or event has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. Higher betting limits may be available as the VIP level increases.
6.2 Gaming Results
The results of all games are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 99bk reserves the right to use the result obtained up to the point of the error or to void the bet entirely.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 99bk platform and engaging in any one of them will result in the permanent closure of the account:
- Money Laundering: Attempting to clean funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
- Cheating: Using software, bots, or any automated system to influence game results.
- Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
- False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or verification.
- Cyber Attacks: Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems, hacking, or phishing.
- Chargeback Fraud: Wrongfully claiming back deposited funds through a payment provider.
- Collusion: Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other players.
8 Account Closure and Suspension

99bk may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.

- If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the User
